PhD opportunites in Cognitive Science and Philosophy of Science


Call for Students (July 2002)
In the framework of the History of Science PhD School of the Budapest Technical University it is possible to conduct individual
research in the fields of cognitive science or philosophy of science under guidance of our Department's staff.
At the moment 1 full grant student is using this opportunity.
Those interested please contact George Kampis ( gk@hps.elte.hu ).
This is a temporary call until a new programme is formed.

Outgoing PhD Programme 
Our Department hosted an independent PhD Programme in the Psychology School of the Humantities Faculty between 1995-2001.
Due to organizational reasons the program is now discontinued. Enrolled students are planned to finish within 2 years.
The programme featured a total of 14 PhD students during its years of operation, most of them on a self-pay basis.



PhD lehetőségek a Kognitiv Tudományban és a Tudományfilozófiában

Felhivás diákok számára (2002 július)
A BME Tudománytörténeti Doktori Iskolája keretében lehetőség van egyéni tanterv alapján kognitiv tudományi vagy tudományfilozófiai
témákkal való foglalkozásra, tanszékünk munkatársainak irányitásával.
Jelenleg 1 fő ösztöndijas él ezzel a lehetőséggel.
Az érdeklődők keressék Kampis Györgyöt ( gk@hps.elte.hu ).
Ez ideiglenes felhivás egy új PhD program megalakulásáig.

Megszűnő PhD program
Tanszékünk 1995-2001 között önálló Kognitiv Tudományi (Megismeréstudományi) programnak adott otthon a BTK Pszichológiai
Doktori Iskola keretében. Szervezeti okok miatt a program megszűnt. A már beiratkozott hallgatók várhatóan 2 éven belül végeznek.
A programnak működése során 14 hallgatója volt, többségük nem ösztöndijas formában.
